Reflect on this

I have been crazy busy the last couple of days. Thank god the weekend’s coming up and I’ll be able to goof off again. In the meantime, I’m playing with reflections. I’ve found that marukin poses from Val Southard are great for this sort of close-up work.

Since I’m mostly naked here, me take this opportunity to wax poetic about the Taylor skin from League. League is more famous for its clothes than its skins, but as you can see, the skins are beautiful. I’ve been enjoying wearing this skin for semi-daily use for a month or so, swapping out with my Vive9 skins. It’s not as quirky as I tend to like — I don’t usually go in for make-up for day to day, and I like more flaws and spots than this skin has — but it’s really beautiful and it has a strength to it I really like, which is very rare in SL skins. Also, hair bases. Dear skin designers: please give us hair base options. They’re standard for men’s skins; why are they so rare for women’s skins? We have ponytails and braids and updos and other stuff! We want to wear mohawks too! League gives us hair bases.

Also, I’m having loads of fun with silly eyelashes from [glow]. These are from The Dressing Room, which I love, and are awesome.

About Vaki

Seriously, Mega Shark v. Giant Octopus is a masterpiece of modern cinema. What? It has Deborah Gibson in it. And there's this one scene where...what? Oh, like there's something better than a mega shark leaping out of the ocean and biting a plane in half. Whatever.
