She does it slow dancing

She left with my conscience — I don’t want it back
It just gets in the way

I’ve had this idea percolating in my head for ages, but trying to make it happen has been difficult. Today, though, the amazing Magenta DeVinna was all like “Hell yeah, I will wear a suit if I can see you in a pink dress!”. So yeah. I got to put a pretty girl in a suit and all it took was doing my best Gail Ann Dorsey impression! Life is good.

Also, my god I love that picture. There.

Magenta is wearing a mesh suit from Kauna, available at this month’s FAMESHED. Yes, it’s meant for men. Yes, it fits women. Yes, that means you should all get it right now, because you have no excuse whatsoever, and every single one of you should be wearing it immediately. Women, it’ll give you a flat chest, but you’ll find that it’s a really good look — it works. (Note: I photoshop my images. It doesn’t fit women quite that slimly, but it still looks really good. Demo it.)

I’m wearing a poofy pink dress. You know you’re jealous. Here’s the thing: Monica Outlander’s doing some mesh stuff, yes, but unlike a lot of places, she’s not just doing mesh. She’s still doing some system/sculpt/prim gowns, because you know what? Not everybody loves mesh (I know, it’s blasphemy, but it’s true). So she’s doing some mesh pieces and some old-school pieces, and they look great. For me, for instance, a dress like this works beautifully to show off my decidedly non-mesh-friendly shape. Anyway, I hope she does more to incorporate mesh into her work, because she’s good at it, but I like the way she’s trying to stay approachable to everyone.

About Vaki

Seriously, Mega Shark v. Giant Octopus is a masterpiece of modern cinema. What? It has Deborah Gibson in it. And there's this one scene where...what? Oh, like there's something better than a mega shark leaping out of the ocean and biting a plane in half. Whatever.
